Since everyone seems to be worried over flu's and colds...I thought I post this shake I make every week for me and the kids. The kids love this stuff.
I use my juicer first...
I juice about 5-6 apples (whatever we have on hand)
3 to 4 carrots
half a bag of spinach
1 raw beet
then transfer juice to the blender and add:
2 - 3 handful of frozen strawberries
1 banana
flaxseed oil
coconut oil, warmed in microwave to liquefy and not be gritty.
and powdered vitamin C
Blend and drink up.....My kids get so excited when they hear the juicer start, they come running.
