SO I've started watching what I eat and starting to get results. I started May day at 174, today I'm weighing at 168. Slow and steady and I'll get there. My milk supply seems plentiful, Asher seems content. The kids are even getting into it..lol...they joined me for my workout today. I use a exercise ball and weights ad hey all grabbed their play balls and my little weights and joined in...so funny
