These sandwiches are delish
















Today for lunch I made a very yummy sandwich, I thought I'd share it in case you have the items at home. Just an idea.
Spinach, tomato, bacon, pouched egg, cheese, and mayo on toasted Scali bread. Seriously so good.
P.s how do you like my little daffodils I bought at
Trader Joe's...I thought maybe if I had a little spring in my kitchen then maybe spring would come faster...hey a girl can dream ;0)

    That sounds GOOD and SIMPLE! LOVE the daffodils....they are one of my favorite spring flower. So happy looking!
